Have your own design? Upload your finished artwork, photo or design and add any name or wording required.
Need us to create it? Tell us your idea, theme, colours, name or wording and upload any photos you would like included. We’ll use your instructions to prepare a personalised design for your bottle.
Please check names and wording carefully before ordering. By uploading artwork, photos or logos, you confirm that you have permission to use the supplied content.
Standard production time: 1–2 business days. Larger bulk orders require additional production time depending on quantity. If you have a fixed event date, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery: UK standard delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch. Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £35.

Cancellations
You have a 12-hour window from placing your order to request a cancellation.
Orders become non-cancellable once production or dispatch begins. To request a cancellation, email contactus@lilpinsessentials.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number.
