- Personalised orders are produced within 2 working days.

- Standard delivery is available on all orders.

Can I return a personalised item?
- Personalised items are non-returnable. You receive a mock up before printing so you can approve your design first.
Will I receive a design proof?
- Yes. A mock up is shared before printing. Production starts only after approval.
How do I send my personalisation details?
- Upload your photo or text during checkout. You can also send files by email after ordering.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
- Yes. Ideal for events, businesses, and group gifting.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
- Yes. A great option when sending gifts directly.
Do you ship outside the UK?
- Currently, we ship within the UK only.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
- If you receive your order and find that an item is missing, please first check the accompanying paperwork for any messages indicating that the missing item(s) will be delivered separately. If there is no such message, Contact us by email as soon as possible contactus@Lilpinsessentials.com, and we will make it right at no extra cost.
