All sales are FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised gifts. Each order is custom made for you so we cannot restock or resell it. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged or faulty.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders ship with tracked services for your convenience.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Please check your address before completing your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your personalised order as soon as it arrives.  If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
