Standard processing time for made-to-order products is 1 to 2 business days. If a product has a different production time, it is shown on its product page.

Free UK mainland delivery applies to orders of £35 or more. Standard UK mainland delivery is £3.95.

Processing and handling

We create, quality check and package your personalised gifts within 1 to 2 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery after dispatch

Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Express UK delivery takes 1 business day after dispatch. 

Business days run Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Cancellations

You have a 12-hour window from placing your order to request a cancellation.

Orders become non-cancellable once production or dispatch begins. To request a cancellation, email contactus@lilpinsessentials.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number.
