SHIPPING

Once your personalised gift reaches the post office, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Business days run Monday to Friday. Express shipping is available on selected custom orders.

PROCESSING AND HANDLING

We create, quality check, and package your personalised gifts within 2 business days. After packing, we drop your parcel at the post office. Processing time sits separate from shipping time.

CANCELLATIONS

You have a 12 hour window from placing your order to request a cancellation.After processing or dispatch, orders stay locked in and no cancellation applies. To request a cancellation, email Contactus@Lilpinsessentials.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number.
