Business days run Monday to Friday.
Express shipping is available on selected custom orders.
Processing and Handling
We create, quality check, and package your personalised gifts within 5 business days.
After packing, we drop your parcel at the post office. Processing time sits separate from shipping time.
Cancellations
You have a 12 hour window from placing your order to request a cancellation.
After processing or dispatch, orders stay locked in and no cancellation applies.
